Reservations

To make a reservation with us, please contact our Reservation Department. We require reservations to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you with your booking needs through the following channels:

Waiting Time

We offer complimentary waiting time under the following conditions:

  • Local Pickups and FBO/Private Aviation: The first 15 minutes are free.
  • Domestic Flight Arrivals: The first 45 minutes after landing are free.
  • International Flight Arrivals: The first 60 minutes after landing are free.

After the grace period, additional waiting time will be charged as follows:

  • Sedan and Mini SUV: $1.50 per minute
  • SUV: $2.00 per minute
  • Sprinter Van: $3.00 per minute

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. The following charges apply for late cancellations or changes:

  • Less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged.
  • Within 6 hours of pickup: The full fare will be charged.

Additional Charges

Invoices will reflect the fare and a mandatory 20% gratuity/service charge. Depending on the route, additional stops may incur fees ranging from $35 to $200.

Parking and Tolls

Costs for parking, tolls, and other related charges are not included in the initial quote. These will be calculated and charged at the end of the trip. Passengers are responsible for these costs upon completion of the service.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the total amount of the trip as booked.

Pet Policy

A fee of $30 will apply for pets transported in our vehicles.
