Phenomenal service. From booking my initial airport pickup and transfer, to requesting service mere hours ahead of time, each aspect of the process worked flawlessly. Communicating via call and text message at any hour of the day worked superbly, as did the text confirmations of each booking and arrival of each driver. My driver Adil was incredibly kind and considerate about every aspect of my trip! Since I was being picked up at JFK (with lots of construction), I was pleased and surprised that Adil was able to park his car near the terminal and meet me inside the terminal without delay. I found that the Volvo S90 “limo” that he was driving to be an interesting choice and it was very comfortable! It had a unusual amount of rear seat space and legroom. I laughed when Adil actually showed us a YouTube video that introduced us to its unique features! I liked that the Islip Limo team informed me about the location and arrival times of my car/limo both leaving and arriving from my trip. Communication was excellent all around!
