Be Punctual

Not everyone is into office parties, some people want to completely separate their personal lives from their work life, and that’s okay. If you fall under this category, don’t wait till the end of the night to make an appearance, some people may notice your late arrival and lack of enthusiasm. Instead, arrive on time, mingle with your colleagues then politely ask to be excused later on. Dress Code

If there is no dress code specified for the occasion, then it means that everyone is expected to show up in party clothes. So, toss the suit aside and show up in something more casual.
